Class 87 Improvement Patch

Adds LED tail light variants, improved light textures, fixed shadow issues on fire bottles, improved optimisation on cab lights, added Virgin branding, improved tap changer behaviour and also includes a basic AI only modern ICS reskin for the Mk3 DVT. Full details within the included manual.
